Happy “Birth” Day Childbirth Classes Schedule
About the Happy “Birth” Day childbirth classes
- Happy “Birth” Day childbirth classes are free and are held at the Pregnancy Care Center on Tuesday evenings
- Classes start at 5:30 p.m. and end no later than 8:00 p.m.
- Current clients should plan to arrive no earlier than 5:20 p.m. New clients should pre-register by telephone and arrive by 5:10 p.m. to fill out registration paperwork the first night of class.
- A coach or support person is suggested, however it is not mandatory.
- Dress is casual.
Attending these classes will help to prepare you for labor, birth and the daily care of your child. Come and make new friends and enjoy learning to have the safest and most rewarding birth experience possible for you and your baby.
Class will start promptly at 5:30 p.m. Feel free to bring a snack with you.
Note: Those needing a refresher class should plan to attend classes 3 & 4 in the series closest to their due date.
